Once you are approved for this service, you will receive an invoice by email for your rent payment. Your email will have instructions on how to pay using PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Note: Convenience Fee
The convenience fee charged by PayPal is 3.0 percent of your total rental fee each month. PayPal charges a standard fee in addition to and separate from the rental fee charged by Carolina Cottages. Although the fee for your rent and PayPal's convenience fee are separate, you will only see one fee charged to your credit card account.
